Effective June 28, 2026. This explains what EZLive collects, why, who we share it with, and the choices you have. In plain language: we collect what we need to build and run your website, we use trusted providers to do it, and we do not sell your personal information.
Information we collect
- Account info — your email, and a password if you set one.
- Business info you provide — the name, trade, location, hours, services, photos, and any details you enter to build or edit your site.
- Payment info — handled by Stripe. We receive a payment confirmation and limited details (such as the last four digits and subscription status); we never see or store your full card number.
- Usage data — basic, privacy-respecting information about how the product is used, to keep it working and improve it.
How we use it
- To generate, publish, host, and let you edit your website.
- To process payments, manage your subscription, and send receipts.
- To send transactional email (sign-in links, notifications) and respond to support.
- To maintain security and improve the service.
We do not sell your data
We do not sell your personal information. Our business is the subscription you pay for — not your data. We share information only with the service providers below, strictly to operate the product.
Service providers (subprocessors)
- Stripe — Payment processing (we never see or store your full card number).
- Supabase — Database + hosting for your account and site content.
- Resend — Transactional email (sign-in links, receipts, notifications).
- Vercel — Application hosting and content delivery.
- Google Fonts / Maps — Web fonts and optional location/listing lookups.
- AI providers (DeepSeek, Gemini, Anthropic) — Generating and editing your website content.
Your choices and rights
You can access, correct, export, or delete your information — including your account and any site you own. Depending on where you live (for example under GDPR or CCPA), you may have additional rights. To make a request, email support@ezlive.ai.
Data retention & security
We keep your information for as long as your account or site is active, and as needed to meet legal and accounting obligations. We use industry-standard measures to protect it, though no method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure.
Children
The service is for businesses and is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
Changes
We may update this policy; we will revise the date above and, for material changes, take reasonable steps to notify you.
