The 30-day guarantee

If you're not satisfied, request a refund within 30 days of your purchase and we'll refund your payment. No need to explain why.

How to request a refund

Email support@ezlive.ai from the address on your account, or use the support option in your dashboard.
Include the email you purchased with so we can find your order quickly.
We process approved refunds through Stripe to your original payment method; banks typically post them within 5–10 business days.

Cancelling vs. refunding

You can cancel anytime to stop future charges — your site stays live through the period you already paid for. A refund returns a payment under the guarantee above. Cancelling on its own does not automatically issue a refund.

After a refund

When we refund your purchase, your published site reverts to a free, limited state or is unpublished. Your content remains yours — you can export or delete it anytime.

Renewals

Subscription renewals after the initial guarantee window are generally non-refundable, but cancel anytime to avoid the next charge. If something went wrong with a renewal, email us — we'll make it right.
