EZLive generates a real website for your business that you can preview for free, then publish and edit. We host the published site and provide editing tools.

You are responsible for the activity under your account and for keeping your sign-in secure. Provide accurate information and keep it current.

You own the content you provide and the site built from it. You grant us the limited license needed to host, display, and process that content to run the service. You are responsible for having the rights to what you upload, and for any claims you make on your site (for example awards or ratings).

Don't use the service to break the law, infringe others' rights, send spam, or publish harmful, deceptive, or abusive content. We may suspend sites that do.

• The entry price is $19.99 to publish your site.
• Your subscription includes a 14-day trial; after it, the plan renews at $40/month until you cancel.
• Subscriptions renew automatically. You can cancel anytime from your account; cancellation stops future charges.
• Taxes may apply depending on your location. Payments are processed by Stripe.

You can cancel anytime. If you cancel, your site may revert to a free, limited state or be unpublished per the current plan terms — but your content remains yours and you can export or delete it.

The service is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, EZLive is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. We may update them; we will revise the date above and, for material changes, take reasonable steps to notify you. Continued use means you accept the updated terms.
